Our Mission

Oasis City Mission exists to be a vibrant, hopeful presence in the communities we serve. We are a visible reminder that, through Jesus Christ, healing, restoration, growth, and new life are possible.

We are a worship-centered, relational Christian community committed to meeting people where they are and walking alongside them toward spiritual, emotional, social, and physical renewal. We believe Jesus Christ has already secured our victory over every struggle on the cross, and through faith in Him, we learn to live from that position of victory while joining Him in the work of His Kingdom.

That means church cannot be confined to a building or a  service. We gather for worship, but we also meet around tables, in homes, community spaces, classrooms, gardens, virtual spaces, and wherever people are. We feed. We teach. We mentor. We learn. We grow. We help people move toward stability. And we create spaces where people can encounter Jesus without first having to perform what they think church is supposed to look like.

At Oasis City Mission, people are treated with dignity because everyone bears something of value. Sometimes we receive. Sometimes we give. Often, we do both. We share our gifts, knowledge, resources, relationships, and lives so that needs can be met and people can flourish.

Restoration is not the end of the journey. Through discipleship and mentorship, we help people discover who God has called them to be, discern their Kingdom assignment, develop their gifts, and become equipped to serve others.
